How many people can the flat accommodate?
Our flat can accommodate up to 8 people across two levels. On the entrance level there is a twin bedroom, and upstairs there is a mezzanine with a single bed (plus a pull-out bed if needed) and a second twin bedroom.
What is the minimum stay?
The minimum stay is 3 nights. During peak weeks (typically school holidays and festive periods), a minimum of 7 nights applies, usually Saturday to Saturday.
What time can we arrive and when do we need to leave?
Arrival is from 4pm onwards. Departure should be before 10am. Arrivals after 8pm incur a €20 surcharge, and arrivals after midnight incur a €50 surcharge.
Is linen provided?
Yes, all linen is provided including towels (one per person). Our managing agents in Chamonix will make up the beds and provide towels to match your group's requirements. End of stay cleaning is also included.
Is there parking available?
Yes, the flat has its own dedicated parking space in the underground carpark below the building. You can access the building directly from the garage. There is also a dedicated storage room on the parking level for skis, boards, prams and other equipment.
What amenities are included?
The flat has wifi, TV, a Bluetooth sound bar, DVD player, washing machine, vacuum cleaner and all the general essentials you'd expect. It's fully set up for self-catered stays with a kitchen separated by a breakfast bar.
What is not included in the price?
Travel to and from Chamonix is not included, though airport transfers can be arranged. The local Tourist Tax is also not included. A card fee may apply.

Where exactly is the flat located?
The flat is in a central location in Chamonix. At one end of the road is the iconic Aiguille du Midi lift and at the other is the main high street. It has beautiful views to three sides including Mont Blanc, the Aiguilles Rouges and the Chamonix Aiguilles.
Is the flat suitable for both winter and summer visits?
Absolutely. Chamonix is a year-round destination. In winter, enjoy world-class skiing and alpine sports. In summer, the area offers incredible hiking, mountaineering, mountain biking, swimming and more. We have spent many years visiting in both seasons and know the area well.
